Baseball cards
Recently my family cleaned out their basement (no I am not living there, I have my own home) and found about 300 baseball cards from the mid 80s to early 90s that I had collected. There are various rookie cards from good players and other cards that appear to have some value. I know nothing about baseball card value so can someone direct me to the best way to find out how much the cards are worth. I would prefer something not online but if that's the best route then fine. I know of two collectible shops in the downtown area but I live in Gwinnett.

Thx in advance.

While there are some very valuable cards from that time frame they are few and far between and for the most part came in special editions/issues. So, if a causual collector has a box of cards there is a very high probability their value is nominal.

Not to say is isn't worth looking them up our of curiousity's sake.

Then if you actually have something, you have to find a market/buyer for it...we'll save that for a whole nother day...
